this is just a quick run down on stuff edgar (or i lol) would like to check out for spiralefes because i love this event. i didnt type a ton but the only disclaimer i will make is edgar will probably still mostly be outside during the night BUT has strongscreen if he needs it; however its been a solid at least 2 to 3 years since he’s set foot in the sun due to it being damaging normally so he’s probably working up the courage to go out using the stuff since hes worried it wont work as intended (plus, it only lasts an hour - but its summer and most events in summer are in full swing in day time so a day time outing would probably need to be discussed) also while this is mostly stuff i see edgar wanting to do i am okay with branching out a bit for anyone who might have something else in mind for edgar to do with their muse

no place like home decor - i don’t know if he’ll find anything here but he’ll be hanging around for the cozy vibes 

a roarin borealis skating rink - this seems fun

android hell - he’s mostly curious about the radiocats but he does enjoy a good party even if he has to take breaks from the noise

ophiuchus tree tower - cozy, he would love to hang with a friend here

maze by pixie light - he doesn’t usually involve himself with pixies but he’s curious about the prize

candle lighting for the lost - find him here sending out well wishes for the people he cares about

star-den tea party - he’s pretty sure rain would love this place

a novel idea - he’s taken to visiting the library frequently since stumbling on it so he’ll likely catch a storytime or two

spirale firewalk show - he’ll probably find somewhere higher up to watch from so he doesn’t have to go too close but not miss out on the evening displays

CHALLENGER'S PATH INFO + AD

i have no art or spriting bones in my body BUT suletta's spiramonster is named hexnuki. suletta is often likened to a tanuki by the fandom and has plenty of art about her looking like this, so i've chosen this one as inspiration! she'll be bipedal and will carry a miniature version of the calibarn's broom-shaped shell unit. she also wears a witch hat aesthetically inspired by the calibarn!

now like this if you'd like a little event starter! i'm going to cap these at 2, but only because i'm going to be putting up a regular / spiralefes ad too!

meant to make this post since SpiraleFes dropped, but work's kicking my butt...

Anyway, while Spamton will be floating around the grand majority of the festivities there are a few he's likely to frequent more than others! This post is just me putting the idea out there and possibly giving myself a jumping point for a potential rp ad.

i figured since i went ahead and liked a bunch of starter calls for the festival, but don’t have very many plans to make my own starter call for the festival until i finish the ones i currently owe (which-- i’m going to get to by the way! im still suffering from a stomach bug Unfortuantely but its going away slowly), then i’d compile a list of where to find lloyd to make writing a starter for him easier!!

here’s a starter call! this is going to be both for spiralefes and for dreamscape! i’ll dm you to plot and decide which event we’d like to do - or if we’d like to do both! since deuce is a high muse for me right now, i’ll leave this uncapped. i might cap how many dreamscape threads i do though!

for dreamscape - deuce has plenty of good memories! i’ll be aiming for his time before night raven for castmates, and any point in his history for non-castmates! 

for before night raven, i’ll have his memories sit at stuff that’s been mentioned in canon. so his period between being a delinquent and being accepted to night raven, stargazing with his mother, etc... ! there might be a few memories from when he was a delinquent that your muse can interact with too - as they’re not all bad!

{ Mina-mun is a flake who’s been computer-troubled and freaking out over another fandom, so here’s my SpiraleFES info a million years late:

NO PLACE LIKE HOME DECOR - There will be an Isi merchant or two, and you bet Mina will find them and blow whatever’s left of her paycheck on candles, a wall hanging or two, at least three potted plants, and the impromptu dinner party she’ll inevitably have to host to make up the remainder of her bill. There will probably also be One Concern, though, so if she spots them she might be a little hard to find for a few days.

A ROARIN’ BOREALIS SKATING RINK - Mina is nothing if not a thrill seeker, so this will be one of her favorite places to be at night, when she’s not sleeping off a long day of training and fun. She’s never skated before, though, so be prepared for some clumsy.

SEED-GROWING CEREMONY - The Isi midsummer festival was a little while ago, but she’s still going to see this as a religious occasion, and be back in the Seshaia dancer’s costume and mask she made for the beginning of Depths back in October. If there are any other Isi NPCs there, which there probably will be, she’ll be dancing with them as well.

CANDLE LIGHTING FOR THE LOST - Candles for dead ancestors are a central part of Isi religious tradition. They’re still the main focus of Mina’s day-to-day worship. Though usually the one on the ancestor shrine in her house is sufficient, you can bet she’ll be here at least once, setting rafts afloat for all the ancestors she doesn’t know.

REFRESHING FRUITS - Mina has never tried an Earth-type melon before, so she’ll be interested in this just out of curiosity, and then even more so once she realizes she loves them.

NOBODY’S BORED! WALK - This will remind her a lot of the Sunset Festa last year, so she’ll be there looking for her favorites from that event (pearl-diving and the shooting range). Also there’s free food, so expect to see her here a lot.

TOO POOL FOR SCHOOL - Mina loves swimming. This will be her favorite daytime haunt when she’s off work, bar none - she may even ask Venom Snake if she can do some of her daily endurance training by swimming laps. She’s not half fish anymore (and the minor buffs left over from ye olde District Theta are absent in fresh water), but she learned to swim almost before she learned to walk, so she’s still really good at it.

TASTE OF HOME - She’ll also be quick to locate this other spot of Isi culture. Coxinhas of all sorts, other pastries, flatbread, vegetable pasta, about ten different ways of cooking fish... If she can afford it she’ll be eating a lot of lunches and dinners here, sometimes paying by inviting the vendor over to her house in return.

she may be participating, observing, or reading a book with the cover hidden about the activity before she’s confident enough to jump in (maybe about building at craft punk, or pool volleyball at too pool for school)
